Event automation layer inside the Popular Poet case (~4 shows/week). Instead of manual CMS entry, the team drops photos and raw text into a bot on free Gemini — it parses structured events, publishes ready pages on popularpoet.pl / populartickets.pl, and pings Bing for indexing. What was wrong

Popular Poet publishes ~4 events per week. Each one was entered manually in the CMS — slow, repetitive work that ate hours every week.

What I built

Built a Gemini-powered event bot (free tier) for Popular Poet: photo + text dump → parsed event fields → CMS publish → Bing IndexNow / search ping. Integrated into the existing Next.js + Supabase stack.

Outcome

Weekly show publishing automated — hours saved on ops. Fresh event pages go live faster and get indexed sooner. Part of the Popular Poet digital infrastructure, not a standalone toy project.
